The House of Coigne, the National House of Money

Sukhra is the constitutional capital of Bolivia. They signed the constitution there in 1825. It's a beautiful whitewater colonial town. Sukhrae, it's only about 6,000 feet high. So it's warmer. And it felt far more westernized than Potosy.
