Three Felonies: A Memoir
I have been a criminal defense lawyer for 51 years I've practiced in state courts and federal courts all over the country. If I was writing my memoir which three felonies is not it's a it's sort of limited three felonies I would say that I have been practicing law in the land of Oz. That shares some of the problems and liabilities of the federal system generally speaking you have these ridiculous situations more in federal investigations and prosecutions than state but the states are not immune from this.
