How to Improve Cognitive Performance

Stress hormones, inflammation and cocoa plannels are some of the things you can do to improve your cognitive performance. Take tyrosine on an empty stomach because it is a precursor to dopamine adrenaline which really helps you drop into a deeper level of focus. You don't want to take tyrosine more than three or four times a week if you're going to be working with people who have high stress hormone levels.
