What's the Priority of a Wide Receiver in the Draft?

The packers need a wide receiver at the very least. Sammy watkins, randal cob, allen lizard and amary rogers are currently on their roster. That's four spots that will have to be filled by someone else if one of them has to play special teams. The speed wears away quick right? Like we talked about the top three guys in the draft, and then you're talking about four, four guys,.
