The Paris Climate Change Agreement Is Working
The next level of pledges to cut greenhouse gas is the money and fossil fuel stuff. A senior person who's been really involved in the negotiations said, actually, that boring sounding stuff could torpedo the whole deal. And they sounded quite worried about it. There's some quite big divisions, particularly on the carbon market stuff, between china and the rest of the world. They're quite fundamental. The reason theyed work its because it shows that the paris climate change agreement is working.
