The Importance of Strategic Planning

The DPCs have figured out a way to do it. That's what a strategy is. And would you include in that to a certain extent, timely access to the right people? I think that's a big part of the plus. The plus model is that convenience, that peace of mind, that's surfacing,. simplicity, all of those things that we talked about. But it just struck me what a great strategy the D PCs have. They don't need Greg's marketing help. Everybody's zigging and they're zagging. We become scamps. Well, this is what you told me you're going to measure. Fine. Then that's what you're
