When giving constructive criticism, you can maybe start by saying something positive about the person. You want to show that you understand them and not try to just criticize without understanding the other person. And then after you say the positive things, you can say something like, however, I've noticed in recent months that your sales numbers have gone down pretty significantly or something like that. So all of that is part of constructive criticism. It's a good way to give criticism when you want to point out things that need to be changed"
