In practice, people who can buy vs, tend to have higher incomes. Same thing with domestic energy bills. People who can er afford to put soda panels on roof of their homes,. iy can afford to buy a storage system. Those better off people that have been able to make the transition are better protected from those risks. And the burden is going to be highest on people and communities on lower incomes to question how do you manage that? Is there anything that can be done in order to relieve that, or is this going to be a real sort of issue for years and decades to come as the illegy transition progresses?
