Spring Boot

We realized that spring was a very flexible solution, but it wasn't necessarily a very opinionated solution. We could do all the things that we wanted to doin cod right without actually having to synthesize that code. And this was all contemporaneous with a polro gira issue that landed on the spring framework years ago. It's just dynamically generated classes that run just like another class would run.
