I Didn't Sleep With the Senator
Negation is the construction of a sense to say that something is not true but well you might not. The thing where I typically have the most problems with negation has to do with scope. In English because of how our sentences are constructed we tend to have one negative in the sentence and you have to figure out from other clues where exactly the scope is. You should be able to figure it out pragmatically what somebody means by the overall context. There are plenty of languages who give you more flexibility.
