Therapist Capacity and Attunement

Abby and Kellee touch on reflective functioning and why this is so important for us to assess and support our clients around, but also why it is imperative for us as therapists to have the capacity to do so as well. They share two reflective functioning interventions during the episode, and how and why to utilize it with clients.
