There's all always going to be stuff that subconsciously is there and you're thinking about. Just being aware like, hey, this might impact what you think of them. So remove it from your evaluation and all likelihood. But more than that, you got to start doing that pre hoc because people form their opinions based upon those but you got to stop the process along the way too.
