So I think you're right and unfortunately court decisions have gone against that argument in the past. The PragerU took YouTube or Google to the Supreme Court to argue that they had been censored because their videos were suppressed or taken down. But this Louisiana decision the injunction against the Biden administration compelling the federal government overall to cease communicating with social media companies in an effort to get people censored.
