How to Be a Successful Coach

I think that I'm always out there, you know, meeting people and they're telling me something. The Smith probably had the most influence on how I see the world of basketball. One of the challenges with a lot of those situations that I know other coaches have these situations come up is short preparation to get ready to play games. We had like two weeks for the Olympics for the qualifying so that's that's a lot more time but still it's not a lot.
