How I Decided to Join a Pre Product Market Fit Company

Pave was a compensation planning tool and 50 employee demo requests did almost nothing for pay because companies aren't thinking about compensation when they're 50 employees. Pave had to use sales as a mechanism to force pave in the product market fit because I joined pre product market fit. So that when we finally found someone who had the sweet spot two years later, it wasn't like we were 10% though the way there but 120% of the way there.
