What Is Leader Elevator?

A two day class, 11 monthly sessions and a membership to press collective leadership circle. I don't think there's any program out there like this, and i'm really excited to be a part of it. The hardest thing to do is to lay somebody off or put em on plan. We second guess ourselves all the times as managers. People. Take the glass again an hear the story again. But i remember not sleeping for two days the first time i had to laying somebody off. It's just not easy.
