Bob Greene: Jeff Shell made a clear mistake in sleeping with one of his employees. He says it's the same rationale that NBC Universal used to get rid of Ron Meyer, who disclosed he was being extorted by an ex-employee. Greene: Even this putting the company at risk from a lawsuit from this employee is enough for him to be fired. And I have multiple sources who talk about him saying things to women, liking pretty women, you know, as one put it, not creepy, but cringy. The guy had access to the world and could go and date anyone in the world he wanted to.
