Signing Away Your Rights to Your Voice

Voice actors are being asked to sign over rights for the company that they're working with to essentially AI digitize their voice. Right now it's ostensibly for correcting things or making changes after the fact where they don't have to bring back the voice actor. But the voice actors are saying it devalues their work and it also means that they may not get hired in the future if they've signed over their rights.
