How Do You Give Ownership to Artists?
Artists get pushed out into further and further neighborhoods. The artists didn't have any ownership because they were all renting. They don't have any liquidity. Andso then they start to buy real estate, invest in real estate, ultimately driving prices up. It's an analogy that actually speaks a lot of truth. So the idea is, is, is is, how do we actually give ownership to those creatives?
