Creating Co Creation Frameworks for Product Development
A sketching session is a great way to generate ideas for solutions. As the facilitator, you'll want to group similar ideas together on the board and then discuss and react as a group. You can go ahead and give each person one to three votes and allow them to just put a sticky dot. If it's remote, they could just put a little icon on the a themes or ideas that they feel most strongly about solving.
