Lawmakers just put in place a body or a parameter that they think would fix it. A Harvard MBA, Goldman Sachs analyst wouldn't be able before 2016 to invest $10 into her classmates startup. I mean, it makes no sense. Every single year, $100 billion lost at the casino in Vegas,. And how often do we buy things for 20 bucks and 50 bucks that we don't wear? Right. So preventing access to private markets may nosense.
