The Rules of Soccer
In 2000 soccer player Lee Todd was standing just in front of the referee. Once the referee started the match, Todd managed to break a football record just two seconds later. One reported instance of this happening was in limestone county Athens in Alabama in 2014. In Australia they add red circles to deer crossing signs which ironically look exactly like the Kangaroo signs that we see here in Australia.
