The programme included an interview with bill casing, who had clearly spent the previous 25 years gathering up more so called evidence. Casing now pointed to more facts about the dust around the module that he said proved his point. One was that there were footprints left at the bas of the ladter, practically underneath the module itself. The flag is seen moving while the men are trying to secure it into the ground. It's not flapping about willy nilly on its own. Also, it apparently had rods in it to keep it stiff, and the bottom rod didn't extend all the way, so the whole thing was wonky. Or that's what they a us to believe.
