The Role of Clarence Thomas in the Supreme Court

Jeffrey Toobin wrote a piece in the New Yorker saying that Thomas was asleep at the bench. CNN's John Sutter points out, however, that he is awake and talking to Breyer who's right next to them. He also notes that they are pouring over law books together. The judge has said his critics are being sort of racist against him.
