In your book, you talk about silencing ants. Can you share a little bit about what that is and how we can work through and combat our ants? Sure. It's a concept that comes from cognitive behavioral therapy, automatic negative thoughts. And it happens when we're triggered for imposter syndrome. We engage in over functioning in a way that isn't healthy for us leads to burn out.
