Hemp and Flax: A Comparison

Hemp is quite a bit higher in protein than either flax or chia. Hemp also isn't as high in omega-3s. Flax and chia both provide about three times as much omega-3 as omega-6. hemp, on the other hand, provides a lot of omega-3, but a whole lot more omega-6 so it's perhaps not as useful.
