How Do You Know if You Have a Strong Dollar?

The west has told every country out there, if we don't like what you do, we will cut you off. And i how i've been saying forever that we need to be as independent and self sufficient. That's exactly what they're talking about, is the weakness in other currencies. So dollar up, yen down, and vice versa. But yah, the west showed our hand cutting russia off from the swift system. I would imagine the central bankers that gives them even more control by going to that currency, than any other.
