Do You Have a Template for Exercise?

CNN's John Sutter asks fitness expert to give us a template for exercise. Move around a lot at a low level of activity, lift heavy things twice a week and sprint once a week. Go to the gym twice a week if your jam is body weight exercises in public places like parks or playgrounds. If you are 85% of your way to being as fit as possible, don't do anything that elevates your heart more than 60 seconds every two weeks.
