Is It a Trump or a Trump?
Trump was interesting, but he failed to realize any kind of realist policy. American exceptionalism is our sort of national strategy in foreign policy,. And certainly trumps a very cynical kind of transactionlism. I still think that america is kind of this city on a hill. That should be our foreign policy. It's why people admire us and where our influence comes from.
