Is Pneumonia Under Differential?

Pneumonia is an infectious disease that can be acquired by staff at a hospital. The patient had been treated for pneumonia as an outpatient in the past, but she's never had to be admitted to the hospital. Her medications include albuterol, metformin, HCTZ, amylodopene, and ameprazol. She avoided presenting until today because she's actually here on vacation with her daughter and grandchildren. They're staying in a nearby hotel while they see some sites around town.
