Apartment Buildings Aren't as Expensive as Quarry Buildings

i would much rather own a quarry than an apartment building, because the problem is that i think people exerate. Apartment buildings aren't all that different, i think, too, quaries and things like that. You know, i live in apartments that were a very, a most desirable location and stuff when they were built 20 years ago. Now they're not. They became less desirable after they built something new five years ago. And then they bilt something new, like what i coind o last year or so further out, hav reduce the desirability of everything else that way.
