The Importance of Napoli's Champions League Performance

Napoli were knocked out by AC Milan 2-1 on aggregate in the Champions League. They also lost 4-0 to Milan in Serie A earlier this month. We made the case for why Napoli could win the Champions League a couple of weeks ago. It's gone wrong here. Right on the other side of the draw, Napoli will win the scudetta. Why have Milan been able to better Napoli so consistently in the last month but clearly been the inferior side over the season as a whole? Yeah, Milan and a couple of really good games. The fall in particular was an outstanding performance. Defensively as a unit, they're fantastic. I think mine yawns
