Donald Trump Defends the National Defense

Donald Trump believes that anything the president classifies as a personal record is a personal record. He didn't actually declare these to be personal records, and it wouldn't matter if he had because they were documents relating to national defense. The bottom line is what matters for purposes of establishing all three elements of 18 USC 793F is what did you do when you became aware that you had documents relating to the national defense. And that's just night and day. There's a special counsel out there. But every piece of evidence we have in public right now is that there's a huge difference between the two. We'll keep our mind open.
