How to Sell to a Retail Buyer
The ideal fit was in really good condition so normally the seller that's best suited for this is attached to a property that's in what i would call move-in ready condition. We're doing a home inspection on the front end of all of our innovations we're including that home inspection document on the frontend of negotiations because we don't want to think we have a retail buyer at a solid profit locked in and find out three weeks from now there's something about the property that they're just uncomfortable.
