The Effects of Stress on Immune Functions

The original theory and it's pretty, pretty much the same today is that you do get a degree of depression of immunity following along stressful events. Now that can be something like exercise like running a marathon, for example,. Or it can even be other things that cause stress like a lack of leap or psychological stress for example. So they're, are they white cell numbers down or they just not the burst activity or what's actually going wrong at the sort of same level? It's not actually the numbers going down because when you exercise the actual numbers of white blood cells actually go up.
