Is the let's say standard dose in pre-op And then you might cut that in half for someone with some reduced kidney function or who's a little older or you might cut it out completely That's right and the kidney function certainly makes a lot of sense We put on our chronic pain hats for just a moment You know one important piece of this is that there's really no reversal to gabapentine.
