Cold It's Retelling by Ben McIntyre
Ben McIntyre writes books about the Second World War. He always describes the characters very deftly and Cold It's his great fun. But there's also some much more sinister side to it, which is one of the things that you don't hear so much from other writers. The British obsession with the Second World war strikes me as being unhealthy.
