Fidgets and Stimulation
With a d h d, we need to seek an optimal level of stimulation to keep focused. The most important factor is that it doesn't engage you so much that you lose focus on what you're actually trying to pay attention to. Top fidgets for me are first, my favorite, the infinity cube, and then things like tangles, marble meshes and fidget cubes. You've also got stuff like clicking your pin, swinging your keys, or even shaking your leg.
