You're a Really Good Behind the Scenes Organizer

Katy is always the person whos organizing things and doing all behind the scenes. What keeps you working so hard on all this stuff? Thing are just like making things happen. I find logistics nsely satisfying. It's good for me to see kind of both sides of that. And i feel like it makes me better as a presenter to work with.
