The UK Housing Market Is Going to Have a Big Crash
The difference now versus previous housing drawdowns in the 90s or the 70s is that there are a lot more people with by-to-let properties and mortgages. And so they're going to be very interest rate sensitive, I would think. But my point here is that if the UK housing market was going to have a big crash, I think look at the buy-to- let sector. If there's going to be four sales, it's probably that part of the market, which moves first would be my guess.
