The Cosmos ecosystem uses tendermic consensus, which does prioritize safety over liveness. And I think that makes a lot of sense, right? You know, broadly, this is still very immature tech and we're still working on building that out. But again, for a general purpose chain, I just think the liveness is such a major piece of the puzzle when you have ecosystems built on top of you like that.
