How to Reach Out to an Artist

I think the best way these days to hit up an artist is like cold calling them like DM them on Twitter at them on Twitter if they have a Twitter message on Facebook uh if they have an email email them it's yeah like honestly every artist is just waiting for that to happen basically. I guess how much should I have ready to go as far as like what I need because you know it's one thing to reach out to an artist and say hey are you open to commission are you available? If they say yes okay now what do I come back to them do I just give the full five pages of ideas or like tell me what's what’s the best practice there no
