YC Interview Process

The YC interview process is one of the things you've really refined over the years in order to get really good. There are a few big ideas that actually a very small number of big ideas that make YC work. We spend so much time and money building really great internal software that only like 50 people in the world use. And yet it lets us run this process that no one else can run.
