Is There a Difference Between Promotion and Demand Volatility?

Demand volatility spreads out over at least a few periods of time. It may last even longer, depending on the context that we are looking at. In general, promotion definitely impacted. Some promotions have smaller and some promotions have larger impacts. And demand hnd the demand volatility. So we need to take that into account as well. I could imagine you being able to detecting about promotions sometimes in a spike event. But there are techniques that we can tackle that, definitely yet.
