How do you tie the treatment in for that bio, the biological side of it? I think that's where you have to use your traditional assessment skills. You've got to look at your objective examination skills and then your manual therapy skills. It's got to be a sort of a complex mix, hasn't it? Within that complex mix, I often think the skill is trying to make it look like a normal conversation.
