What Are the Beatitudes?

The Beatitudes are Jesus' public teaching to his disciples. He says, god's favor rests on all these people that you think god's favor isn't resting on. Andi if you ever study the beatitudes, i've just recently wrestled with this,. actually, quite recently, as in the last, just this year, looking a continuing to pore over this passage.
