The deal is structured. So you get 4 billion of equity issued. You take a billion of your stock, guarantee you see an 11.25% annualized return over that six-year hold period. The typical BREAT investor does about $70,000. Typical investor can get liquidity beginning after a month. And so we did create this structure together with a billion dollars of our existing holdings,. giving them a minimum return for some downside protection and then giving us some additional upside.
