The Effects of Critical Force on Energy System Contribution in Climbing

Climbing is a contract relaxed sport. We're holding on, we're getting an occlusion in the forearms and there's no blood flow. And then we're relaxing, and we're getting a reperfusion of oxygen. But all of these things are going on, which realistically don't actually need to know. So by dictating the climb that someone's doing, or sorry, working around the goal that someone has, we have a difference of energy system contribution that's needed for that.
