How to Prepare for a Learning Project
The amount of research you do, i think, scales with your project. If you're planning on doing something which is it's going to take you maybe a couple of weeks to learn, then maybe just spending an hour or so on google is probably sufficient. A lot of people get stuck in whatever was first recommended to them because that's just what they go with. And if that isn't working for yo, the course, what have you using a different tool, or at least being aware that different tools and methods exist are very important.
