Ike: I look at communities in this land in two ways. One, as i'll call it broadly, the remote community s that believe there's a better way to build organizational design going forward. But then the second part of it, physical communities. And what's very interesting is that they shift to remote work will have an outsized impact on physical communities. Like weight. We'e moving all tof work, virtually. How does this have a physical impact? Well, it enables people to ask themselves, is the physical community that i'm in right now, is it the one that my last employer chose for me?
